Palazzo D’Stella features a luxury gourmet kitchen with high quality, stainless steel appliances that are surrounded by marble counter tops and elegant dark toned wood cabinets. The spacious master bedroom suite promises private views of the ocean and is outfitted with a Tuscany- style bed with plush designer sheets. A queen-sized leather sleeper sofa is available to accommodate an additional two guests is in the living room. A flat-screen TV rounds out the modern amenities of this Villa.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $35 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
