Everyday Luxury Inc. Founders

Shevy Akason and John Burns, the founders of the Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental Management services, realized a need for cost-effective vacation rental management services while interviewing to find people to help manage their properties. Unsatisfied with the price for service, Shevy and John decided to start their own management services. Everyday Luxury management services strive to help owners locate and efficiently manage their vacation rental to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay and return year after year and homeowners are worry-free.

Shevy Akason

Shevy Akason started investing in real estate in 2003 and started assisting buyers and sellers in buying and selling homes in 2007. He quickly became the number one agent out of over 1200 agents at Evergreen Realty in 2009, and he remains the top agent today. In 2015 he started investing in vacation homes combining his passion for travel with this passion for real estate. Realizing a need for cost-effective management that helps owners to maximize bookings while working to make sure guests have the best possible experience and return year after year.

John Burns

John Burns started investing in real estate in 1996. Specializing in acquiring distressed properties, he gained knowledge of cost-effective property improvements. He owned and managed a hotel in Utah from 1992- 1996. His experience in hospitality, combined with his passion for real estate investing, naturally led him to vacation rental ownership and management. His knowledge and experience are an asset to Everyday Luxury Group clients.

Samuel Ajibade

Samuel started working as an assistant to Shevy Akason and Larry Roberts in 2016. He was primarily responsible for marketing real estate for sale and rental properties and worked as the Data analyst for OC Housing News. As a result of the earlier established relationship, he joined the Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental team in 2019 and has worked as the Operations Manager ever since.
